Extensibility

BriteWorks™ was built from the ground up with extensibility in mind. This means that whatever cannot be done inside BriteWorks™, the user should be at liberty to do it outside and interface to it
The main mechanism for this is through Plug-ins
Plug-ins that are supported in BriteWorks are:
1. Jars (java)
2. Executables (c++ etc.)
3. DLLs (typically applies to hardware devices such as barcode, thumbprint etc.)
4. Web Services
5. Other Services (JMS, Email, etc.)
6. Stored Procedures
7. SQL Statements
8. Etc.
